The ACCCM provides a structured academic and professional framework for physicians in general medicine, hospital medicine, family practice, internal medicine, and related fields who deliver broad-spectrum, integrated clinical care.

The Fellowship of the American College of Comprehensive Clinical Medicine (FACCCM) is awarded to physicians who have demonstrated clinical excellence, professional integrity, and leadership in general and hospital-based medicine.
Earning the FACCCM designation signifies peer recognition and positions physicians as leaders in comprehensive and integrated healthcare delivery.

✅ Eligibility
To apply for Fellowship or membership within ACCCM, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Physicians:
- Hold an active, unrestricted medical license.
- Be board eligible or certified in general medicine, hospital medicine, family medicine, or equivalent.
- Have completed a recognized fellowship in primary or general medicine, or possess ≥2 years of experience in comprehensive clinical practice.
- Demonstrate a commitment to service, leadership, and continuing professional education.
International Applicants:
Physicians trained outside the U.S. are encouraged to apply if they meet equivalent educational and licensure standards.

Application Process:
To apply for Fellowship in the American College of Comprehensive Clinical Medicine:
- Complete the FACCCM Application Form on GHQAboards.com
- Upload your CV, proof of licensure, and documentation of training or experience
- Submit two professional reference letters (optional but recommended)
- Pay the $150 non-refundable application fee
After Submission:
- Applications are reviewed by the ACCCM Fellowship Committee.
- You will receive a confirmation email upon acceptance and next steps for induction.
