What Does Being a Fellow Mean?
Fellowship in ACCCM (FACCCM) is a distinction awarded to members who have demonstrated sustained commitment to clinical excellence, lifelong learning, and leadership in their specialty. FACCCM signifies recognition by your peers and enhances your credibility as a healthcare leader.

Who Can Apply?
You may be eligible for ACCCM membership and FACCCM status if you have:
- An active medical license and board eligibility in general medicine, primary care, hospital medicine, or related specialties.
- Completed a recognized fellowship in primary care, general medicine, hospital medicine, or equivalent broad-based training.
- Demonstrated contributions to improving access and care in underserved communities (≥2 years of experience or equivalent).
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and advancing clinical practice.
